I'm finally on University holidays, so I have time to do all sorts of things, including catching up on my reading. I got this "best loved books" volume when op shopping with my sister (for just $2). It includes the titles: Little Women (Louisa May Alcott), Tales of Poe (Edgar Allan Poe), Mutiny On The Bounty (Charles Nordhoff & James Norman Hall) & Messer Marco Polo (Donn Byrne).

I haven't finished Little Women yet, but Beth is already my favourite. Which I feel predictable in saying, however I can't help but relate to her apprehension of strangers and passion for music (though I like to play guitar). Of course I like all the sisters, though, and Amy being described as a snow maiden was the prettiest thing.
